Listen to «Pierre Edel: TIME MACHINE» on all streaming platforms: Сoьюз Мьюзик / Chaotic Noiz LYRICS AND PERSONNEL: Dmitry and I started writing this song in November 2018. We went to a Glenn Hughes “Deep Purple Classics“ show in Paris and decided it was time for us to write some new original material. It had to be heavy, epic and straight forward. The nostalgic lyrics, the sound, the groove, the melody... everything pays tribute to the golden era of Rock: from the late 60s to the 70s. We took our time with this track and its video, trying to put all our love for the music we grew up on into these 5 minutes of classic rock. Welcome to the world of old school! We're riding in that Buick '62 Wearing silver rings and old school tattoos Got all we need on the back seat You're sitting next to me, you're smoking tea Look up, palm trees smiling from above Let us ride down the sunset strip We're going into the sunshine of your love While your guitars gently bleeds I wanna burn with the stormbringer I wanna come taste the band I wanna smash that stratocaster On the California jam Take me back to that time machine Take me back to where I wanna be I wanna ride that TM back to the 70s / late 60s I wanna ride that time machine Saying goodbye to that crazy modern world It won't be long 'till it's gone, gone, gone So we're driving back, back to the old days All we need is you to come our way Give me that roaring sound of freedom Give me that heavy metal ride Let us rewind a hundred seasons And do some living before we die Pierre Edel: vocals, songwriting, lyrics Dmitry Ursul: guitars, songwriting, production Kirill Zelepukhin: keyboards, bass Anton Chuyko: drums Lera Heroine: backing vocals Anna Solo: backing vocals Sergey Izzhaurov: video production Thanks to Stanislava Matveeva for guest-starring on the bass Tattoo by Kate
