Specialists were trained at a military school for chefs and developed the ideal formula for a loaf of white bread. The production heart is this baking oven. It cooks a lot, up to six tons of white per day. Three hours and the first freshly baked batch is ready. The flour is sifted, saturating it with oxygen, so that the bread turns out fluffy and tasty. From here, military field bread is delivered to our military personnel who hold the front lines in the South Donetsk direction. The main thing is to be in time for lunch. The chefs are preparing the main course. Almost 150 people need to be fed. Today for lunch - beetroot soup and pasta with stew. Simple, but tasty, says the fighter. Beck is a contract worker, left the restaurant business and came here, not so much by profession, but by the call of his soul. The menu is varied, something new every day. The food warehouse has enough supplies for a week. New items in the soldier’s diet include turkey and chicken. Those on the front line need calories and a reliable rear. The enemy is trying to figure out the location of the rear units, so all the equipment is hidden under roofs, and a canteen or even a bathhouse is built deep underground.
