I like Matt Kim, but this video of his going viral attempting to link an Idaho Cobalt mine being funded by Ukraine $ to the Idaho water curtailmant order impacting small farmers is quite wrong. The Idaho Cobalt mine sits in a different aquifer than the one curtailed that impacted the 6000 or so farmers. 250 miles and two 8000’ mountain passes separate these areas. Not the same water. Also, as of a couple days ago, the curtailment order was mostly lifted due to negotiation progress (and likely public outcry). So, a little clickbait from this one. Ridiculous to see Ukraine $ spent on some Green New Deal bullshit for sure - but this didn’t have to do with the brief curtailment. Source: Jordan Sather
