Just training some existing moves and beginning to build up strength for some new ones :) Have lost a little bit of strength recently so working on getting it back to where it was. ...And a nice blooper at the end - the result of a) being tired at the end of a long lone session, and b) a slippy shoulder due to the absurd heat!
