On one of my adventures in Thedas, I found myself traveling with a talented Bard named Matt. Our journey took an unexpected turn when a fierce snowstorm descended upon us, forcing us to seek refuge in the abandoned fortress of Skyhold. The fortress, once a bastion of the Inquisition, bore the scars of recent battles; scorch marks marred the ancient stone walls, telling silent tales of conflict and valor. As we delved deeper into the forsaken stronghold, we arrived at the rotunda. Amidst the rubble and remnants of a bygone era, we discovered a few tattered scraps of paper. One of these fragments held the remnants of a sonnet, its verses whispering of secret longings and regrets. Moved by the poetic lines, we felt a surge of inspiration, and surrounded by the echoes of history and the haunting beauty of Skyhold, that we composed this song.
