My current favorite shoulder stretch and strengthening exercises. For those familiar with the scapular wall slide - the floor angel is a regression which uses gravity to help assist. In the case of this video, I also use an additional 10 lbs to keep my hands and arms in the correct places. Already since shooting this video, my strength has improved, and I am currently using 5 lb plates for the floor angels. Less assistance = more work for the shoulders.
