Witness description: “I ran back inside and grabbed the nearest phone, which was my mother's. I filmed for about 8 minutes and ran back inside to get my mom as a witness. Handed her the phone to see what I filmed, ran into my room to get my newer iPhone to film some more. I filmed another few minutes before they stopped appearing. I sent the video to a sergeant in the marines to ask is this drones, flares or something else military oriented.
