Ms. Chandi is an ex Indian Air Force Helicopter Pilot, with 22 years of experience in Aviation, Operations in High Altitude, Siachen Glacier, Valley Flying, Deserts and Plains. Ms. Chandi is acknowledged as the First Woman Pilot in the World to have flown in the Siachen Glacier after volunteering for a posting at an operational unit based at an high altitude air base. First Women in the world to have landed at the highest ALG in the world Daulat Beg Oldi.
