Email: nicemeal57@ Instagram: [재료] -무 2kg, 쪽파 100g [깍두기 양념] 1. 배 120g, 양파 60g, 마늘 7알, 생각 2쪽, 새우젓 4T를 갈아준다. 2. 고춧가루 6T, 까나리액젓 2T, 찹쌀 풀(다시마 육수 150ml 찹쌀가루 1T), 뉴슈가 1t를 넣고 골고루 섞는다. [깍두기 만들기] 1. 무를 먹기 좋은 크기로 깍둑 썰고, 쪽파는 깍두기와 비슷한 크기로 썰어준다. 2. 볼에 무를 넣고 굵은소금(천일염) 40g를 넣어 골고루 섞은 후 1시간 동안 절여준다. (30분후 뒤집어 주세요.) 3. 잘 절여진 무를 체반에서 1시간 동안 물기를 빼준다. 4. 물기가 잘 빠진 무를 큰 볼에 넣고, 고춧가루 4T를 넣어 골고루 색을 입힌다. 5. 만들어둔 양념을 넣고 골고루 버무린 후 쪽파를 넣어 살살 버무린다. 6. 맛있는 깍두기 완성~ Have a nice meal with Kkakdugi today!
