Check to make sure the middle thickest part of cake is cooked. Vegan Buttercream: - 1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening - 1/2 Cup Vegan Margarine - 2 1/2 Cups confectioner’s sugar- Sifted - 1 teaspoon Vanillia extract - 2 tablespoons cornsarch (sifted) - add color according to your needs
