This police officer fancies himself a magician. He stops drivers and starts doing ridiculous magic, like the old coin behind the ear trick. But when the cop makes a fire hydrant magically appear, he suddenly has a change of heart and isn't so friendly. He tickets the drivers for parking in front of the very same fire hydrant that he just made appear! The prank victims are confused and feel totally scammed, while an audience applauds!
