Jenny discovers that she no longer loves Ito, the mobster by her side, and decides to leave. In order to live she takes a sum of money with her; the money is actually the ransom prepared for Tong Kit in exchange for a diary with the secrets of the underworld; Tong is out of ideas when he runs into a vacationing cop Law Won Tat and his girlfriend. Tat recognizes him to be an international thief and claims to be a fugitive in hopes of capturing him. They plan to rob a bank and need to rent the house next door, which just happens to be where Jenny is hiding. Both men fall for this wandering woman as a war of romance begins here...
