Levodopa-induced dyskinesia in Parkinson disease. Video shows a 62- year-old woman with a 10-year history of Parkinson disease who now has severe, refractory levodopa-induced dyskinesia. After an acute administration of levodopa, she exhibits predominantly choreic dyskinesia that involves the lower limbs, trunk, and, to a lesser extent, the upper limbs.
