In this 30 min CONTROL Full Body Kettlebell Workout | Legs Upper Body Push Upper Body Pull Combo Core | Strength & Endurance, we will have 3 bundles of 10 movements each. Each bundle includes 2 exercises for the legs, 2 for upper body push, 2 for upper body pull, 3 combination movements, and 1 core exercise. The 3 combination exercises in all bundles are the same, performed 3 times in total, while the other exercises vary in each set. Each exercise is to be performed for 40 seconds with a 20-second rest in between, and there's a 25-second rest after each set.
