Futures at stake: High Level - Government Open House

March 6, 2018 - High Level, AB Alberta Government held its caribou range planning open house at the Best Western Hotel in High Level. Peace River MLA, Debbie Jabbour made an impromptu speech to a crowded ballroom of northwest Alberta residents, some of whom travelled from as far away as Worsley. NWSAR captured a number of comments from the residents who came to ask questions about the government's plans, the reasons for the proposed parks/conservation areas and the science behind the caribou restoration approach for the northwest.
