We produce American made, hand crafted, light & heavy wooden Indian Clubs as well and training DVD's for any fitness level. I have been a student of Indian and both chinese exercises for over 40 years. I began to mix the pranayama breath practice and chi gung which share many similarities and overlap in there exercises. here is an example of a very good exercise that I do daily .I hope many of you start the practice and learn the value of this for both increasing strength and over all health.
