How to Make a SnorriCam with a Tripod and Two Belts

For a recent project, we wanted to film POV shots with a SnorriCam effect, but lacked the rig to do so. It didn’t make sense to spend tons to buy or rent one, and other DIY tutorials out there were good, but required a lot of time, resources, and effort.
