WATCH IN HD! PS that finale. AGH. Storyline: I wanted to portray how Arthur felt as he transitioned from prince to king. As the prince, he saw Merlin as a friend and servant, someone who he could talk to. But as he became King he pushed Merlin and everyone else away, believing he was alone. But as time progresses he realizes that he’s not alone and that Merlin has always been there for him. PPS sorry I didn’t put in that epic quote where Arthur jokingly tells Merlin that he’s the only friend
