Royal drug death leaves Princess Beatrice heartbroken as ex boyfriend dies in hotel room

PRINCESS Beatrice’s bad boy first boyfriend has died of a suspected drug overdose in the US. Troubled Paolo Liuzzo lost his life aged just 41 in a room at the trendy citizenM hotel in downtown Miami on February 7. Cops confirmed his tragic downfall is being investigated as an overdose death. The New York-born playboy began dating Prince Andrew’s eldest daughter in 2005, when she was only 17 and he was 23. His shock death came just weeks after Beatrice’s mum Sarah Ferguson was diagnosed with skin cancer. Liuzzo had repeated run-ins with the law throughout his life, including over the death of a student and possession of cocaine.
