The Cameraman is a 1928 American silent comedy film directed by Edward Sedgwick and an uncredited Buster Keaton. The picture stars Keaton, Marceline Day, Harold Goodwin, and others. The Cameraman was Keaton's first film with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It’s the only one of Keaton’s MGM films that the most clearly shows his creative stamp, with the added polish of MGM production values. And it is one of Keaton’s masterpieces.
