The new film follows Raya, voiced by Kelly Marie Tran, who is the princess of the fictional realm Kumandra’s Kingdom of Heart. However, she’s also a warrior Princess with a new mission to find the last dragon in order to restore unity to the Kingdoms. The dragon is her only hope to saving her people from a plague. She’s also being challenged by antagonist Namaari. She manages to band together with a group of misfits, including Awkwafina’s Sisu, to increase her chances of succeeding.
