This video shows the making of special bottle known as Kuttrolf, Angster or Zwiebelflasche. This bottle was mainly produced in Germany in 14th century, but first similar items are known from 3rd and 4th century. This item was used for drinking or serving wine. The wine runs out through four or more thin pipes and makes bubble and gurgle sound while pouring out. Other speculations mean this bottle was used for safe carrying wine while riding a horse. No matter what is correct we wonder the handicraft of old glassblowers and try hard to reproduce their wonderful work.
