Departure of TTS Port of Spain (CG41) and TTS Scarborough (CG42) from Austal Australia - May 2021

Take a look at how Austal Australia, FLS Projects and BBC Chartering managed the lifting and transportation of two Cape-class Patrol Boats, TTS Port of Spain (CG41) and TTS Scarborough (CG42) to the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard, from Henderson Western Australia in May 2021. The two 58 metre vessels were floated from Austal Australia's Henderson shipyard to the Australian Maritime Complex's Common User Facility and then securely and safely lifted onboard the BBC Rushmore, a Multipurpose Heavy Lifter Transport Ship (125 metres LOA) with 2 cranes, with a combined lifting capacity of 700MT. The entire process was seamlessly and expertly overseen and managed by FLS Projects.
