Join me for this 35 min Walk & Tone TABATA CIRCUIT WORKOUT and let's burn some serious calories while toning the entire body! This workout features unilateral compound moves that will tone and build muscle! Being a CIRCUIT WORKOUT, each round features 2 moves that will be repeated on the right, and left side of the body throughout the entire round. We switch exercises with each round, so that we get a complete full body workout! I included both low and high impact cardio options (walking and running) so you can use this workout as a MISS or HIIT session. Feel free to replace the cardio sections with your favorite cardio moves (skipping, squat jumps, burpees, high knees, butt kickers, whatever you prefer...)! I'm using a 3 kg dumbbell in this workout. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.
