NEW: The Guernsey Fire in Wyoming jumped Highway 26 and merged with the Haystacks Fire last night. The community of Hartville was evacuated. The following roads are closed at this time: Pleasant Valley Road HWY 270 Guernsey to Manville HWY 26 Guernsey to Lingle Whalen Canyon Rd. All roads in Hartville Mandatory evacuations have been ordered for the following areas: Town of Hartville Pleasant Valley Rd area HWY 270 to Hartville Whalen Canyon Rd HWY 26 residences around the county line Airport Rd residences We will do our best to keep everyone updated as we can.
