This vidoe is showing little clips of the training my friend and me do. We go to the pool almost every morning and the mornings we are not at the pool we go to the track to run. Here are some of the excersizes that we do on a daily bases. Bobs-These are a drown proofing excersize used by the Navy SEALS, although we do not have our hands and feet bound. Lap Swims-We swim at a 25m pool, just like the Navy SEALS we train to swim 500m in 12:30s that is 20 laps in our pool. Flutter Kicks-In comnbination with Lap
