America under US President Joe Biden is no better than a “banana republic,” says Brexit leader Nigel Farage. Mr Farage's remarks come after the FBI raided former US president Donald Trump’s Florida mansion Mar-a-Lago on Monday night local time. He said as “horrible” and “vile” as the situation is, it could do Mr Trump “a lot of good”. “They’re absolutely terrified, the Liberal order, because they saw last week all of his nominees won their primaries,” he told Sky News Australia. “They fear the midterms, they do not want this man back in the White House in 2024. “They can see that he is fit, he’s strong, his campaign is gaining momentum. “If they think by behaving like this, fair-minded Americans will take their side, they’ve utterly misread decent American people.“
