The former Turkish observation post near the northern Syrian village of Maar Hattat was seen in a state of abandonment on Wednesday, four days after Turkish forces reportedly started evacuating it. Syrian Arab Army (SAA) soldiers could be seen patrolling the outpost, which was found to be strewn with rubbish, debris and remains of exploded shells.
