AT LEAST 40 people have been killed after masked gunmen stormed into a concert hall in Moscow and opened fire at the crowd. The massacre which left more than 100 injured, including children, is being investigated as a terrorist attack by Russian authorities. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack, the terror group's Telegram channel says. Chilling footage shows at least three people in camouflaged clothing bursting into Crocus City Hall before shooting at visitors with automatic weapons.
