Sirens - Ure Discovery

This animation tells the story of the abduction of Persephone and her handmaidens' transformation into the deadly Sirens. It is made from an ancient Greek lekythos vase. This is the seventh of eight new animations made for the Ure Discovery project at the Ure Museum of Greek Archaeology. The animations are now part of an iPad trail that visitors to the Ure Museum can take around the collection. The story was developed by pupils from Kendrick School, Reading.
