The play satirizes a bourgeois personality, monsieur Jourdain's attempts at social climbing while poking fun at the snobbish aristocracy. We are joined by actor and narrator Teodor Janson who takes us through the plot of the play while the Orchestra performs excerpts from Lully's musical creation.
