Matcha Latte Tiramisu|Ohyoo Cooking Ingredients: Matcha syrup Matcha powder 4g Warm water 80ml Sugar 15g Marsala wine 10g Coffee mascarpone Whipping cream 150g Egg yolk 2pcs Sugar 38g Espresso 40g Milk 30g Marsala wine 10g Gelatin Mascarpone 250g Finger cookies A few Mould size: 15cm Method: 1. Make matcha syrup, whisk warm water and matcha powder, add sugar and stir until melted, add wine and stir well, then set aside. 2. Whip the cream and set aside, soak the gelatin in ice water in advance, then stir the mascarpone into the bowl. 3. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until light in color, add the espresso, milk and wine, stir well, pour into a saucepan, heat over low heat and stir until thickened, turn off the heat, add the soaked gelatin. 4. Sieve and pour into the mascarpone, stir well, add the whipped cream and mix well. 5. Spread finger cookies in the mold, brush with matcha syrup, squeeze
