In this video I will show you a hand eye coordination exercise with one tennis ball (or another ball). This drill has been inspired by boxing and if you are a boxer yourself I'd love your feedback if you think this may be useful. The exercise is designed to improve your reaction times, speed, precision and becoming confident reacting to things in your peripheral vision.
