UPDATE (July 23, 2020): Charges will not be filed against the driver of a pickup pulling a horse trailer that went through a crowd of protesters May 31 on Interstate 244, Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler announced Thursday. To the contrary, Kunzweiler called on the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to identify the aggressive protesters from video of the incident, because he said, “The individuals responsible should be held accountable.” --- CAUTION: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE.
