It took place in an unusual place - an old Cistercian monastery at the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon. (...) I met Ignacio in Paris, his miraculous first album (in which he invited Ballaké Sissoko, Naïssam Jalal and Vincent Segal, among others) was constantly ringing in my ears and in those of my friends around. But I barely knew Toma Gouband, who was invited last minute on the advice of a precious friend, and who himself accompanied Magic Malik and many other sound magicians. Their meeting was brilliant, as this single shot in the monastery's chapel testifies. Two geniuses
