Two of them attacked the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York. The third flew into the Pentagon, and the fourth crashed near Pittsburgh. As a result of the tragedy, about three thousand people died. After these events, America declared a “War on Terror.“ Troops were sent to Afghanistan.
