🎸🎸DOWNLOADABLE TABS FOR THIS SONG: Even if Hank Williams Sr. is known as the king of Classic Country Music, he is one of the all-time masters of the Blues. It's hard to find better tear-jerkers than those dusty old Hank Williams ballads, and “I'm So Lonesome I could Cry,“ is my favorite. In translating this tune onto the Delta Blues slide guitar, I studied his vocal inflections very closely, and was amazed at some of the subtleties. For one, Hank hardly uses any strong vibrato when he holds notes, but he will often hit a note right on pitch, and then shift down a half step, and come right back, which almost sounds like a broken record machine changing speed. It adds a very haunting undertone to the melodic construction. • This track is featured on my album “Bootleg Series Vol. 4: Delta Moon“ Available: TUNING: Open A: E-A-E-A-C#-E 🔥 SUBSCRIBE: 📀 STORE: 🎸 LESSONS: ⚫️ FACEBOOK: ⚫️ INSTAGRAM: ⚫️ SPOTIFY: ⚫️ ITUNES: 🎸Guitar Tabs for all of my arrangements of cover songs are available at 🎸 Tabs for my originals are available at #BLUES #COUNTRY #GUITAR
