ANNOUNCER: so right now, welcome... if you welcome Led Zeppelin to the stage. TRAIN KEPT A ROLLIN' Thank you very much, thank you. It's really great, let me say it's great to be in Boston. According to Jimmy, its one of the best places he's ever played. So, so lets see what what we can do. Theres a bit of a funny sound coming out of the microphone. Anyway, we got this um, I think right now in the shops, there's an album called Led Zeppelin. I dont know whether its out yet. It seems to be, is it out? You see, in one place it comes out one day, and another place a bout three weeks later, or something like that. Anyway, on this album we tried to do a cross section of everything we've got into, and ah, weve included some blues because thats where it all comes from. Now one of the tracks is a thing from Otis Rush, while Jimmy changes a string, or rather replaces a string. his is a thing on an album which we got it off Chicago Blues Today, or something like that. It's called, it's called, hang about, hang on a minute. It sounds really strange, like he's masked his voice while a record plays with the big trumpets. I think I'll stick with the trumpets. All right what else? Anyway, when we got it together were gonna carry on with a thing off the album called I Cant Quit You Babe. Anyway, sorry about all this messing around. Theres not much that I can really say, I Cant Quit You Babe I CAN'T QUIT YOU Thank you very much. You're too much, really too much. We're gonna carry on, anyway, this is a thing that we caught from a guy called Garnet Mimms, believe it or not. Yeah right, it's called As Long As I Have You. AS LONG AS I HAVE YOU Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you very much. Let me tell you it's, we, hang on, hang on, hang about a minute. I'll tell you what, we've never, I know the old story you're bound to hear it alot. Well we've only been here about four weeks, but we never expected receptions like this. So it's really a gas. What with English beer and this sort of thing. We're gonna do a thing off the album, another thing, this is a thing that , a thing that um shall we say, was written by the group. It's called Dazed and Confused. DAZED AND CONFUSED Thank you very much. Thank you very much indeed. That was called Dazed and Confused. Who ever is operating the microphones, could you take a little bass off cause it seems to be, a bit more treble on it. Ah hang on a bit, hang on a minute. This is a thing ah from Muddy Waters originally. It's called You Shook Me. YOU SHOOK ME Thank you very much [cut] INFO: “Support from The Raven. The show is married by guitar problems.“ COMMENTS: “This is all that is known to exist from this show. The band sunds really strong and Robert's voice is in its most primitive and powerful stage. Dazed And Confused is a very powerful and excting version. I only hope the rest of this great show comes out someday! The band stopped after The Train Kept A Rollin' because Jimmy Page had troubles with his guitar. “It's great to be in Boston. According to Jimmy it's one of the best places he's even played! I think, right now, in the shops there's an album called Led Zeppelin. I don't know whether it's out here yet. Is it out? You see, in one place it comes out one day and another place three weeks later. On this album we've tried to do a cross section of everything we've got into and we've included some blues because that's where it all comes from!“ said Plant while Jimmy was preparing a guitar string.“ BOOTLEG LABEL: Boston After Dark (Empress Valley) INFO QUALITY AUDIO: “The tape is very clear with all instruments evenly balanced for the most part. There is what sounds like a damaged section of tape during I Can't Quit You Baby but it recovers quickly.“
