In Episode Two of After Dark, Elvis Abrahanowicz—chef and co-founder of Sydney's Bodega 1904 and Porteño—meets the people of the Buenos Aires club scenes. He takes a nightlife tour with the Altas Wachas dancers and their musician friends, who are experimenting with cumbia—a dance genre that's been popularised throughout Latin America—by mashing up traditional styles with electronic beats. He also learns to do something which can't actually be called twerking.
