作为云南人来说,摘椰子是个多新鲜的事呀,这是我第一次爬到这么高的树上,第一次摘椰子。9月版纳的街头巷尾,都能买到10块钱一个的大椰子,云南菜里用到椰子的,也就是泡鲁达了,而且还是一个舶来品。不过当地人也会做一些椰子的美食招待外地客人。爷爷奶奶是第一次喝椰子、第一次吃新鲜椰子做的菜,我也觉得新鲜,椰子椰壳能做的都统统做了一遍~ ※Click “cc“ on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. In September, you can find big coconuts sold in many places here in Xishuangbanna. They are usually sold at the price of 10 yuan. When speaking of Yunnan cuisines, we only use coconuts when making Paoluda. But the dish is still not native to the place. We locals can also make some coconut dishes to treat others. It's my grandparents' first time to drink coconut juice and enjoy dishes made with fresh coconuts.
