Russia on Monday conducted a third test launch of its Angara A5 space rocket with a full mock payload as officials hailed its potential for the Russian space program. The rocket lifted off Monday evening from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in northwest Russia. Cosmodrome chief Nikolay Bashlyaev said the Angara has “again proved its reliability“ which shows it has “great prospects for future use.“
