When watching Westminster Schoolboys play young factory workers at football, the Duke of York had the idea of setting up a camp where young workers and public schoolboys could holiday together. The Duke of York has a go at filming the youngsters playing a team game. We see him laughing with some of the holidaymakers and singing along with the camp song. Barkingside 1935 - Queen attends a children's folk dancing display. Gifts are presented and we see the children dancing with balloons then letting them go. Royal Hospital School at Greenwich. Boys in sailor suits perform a drill. 1936 - Queen opens the Foundling (?) playground. She makes a speech. Large number of children applaud her speech. King inspects playing fields at Hampton Wick. He kicks off a football match between Tottenham Hotspurs and the Corinthians. The King rides with the “Beaver Hunt.“ Liverpool, 1923 - at the summer horse racing meeting with Lord Derby.
