June 20, 2011 Nebraska tornado intercept!

D2 intercepts a strong tornado just north of Ravenna, NE with vertical radar on June 20, 2011, launching 5 parachute probes from the west side of the circulation. Meanwhile, D1 with Kevin Barton and Hyperion’s Gerald Godbold intercept direct center of the same tornado further east where extensive tree and structural damage was observed.
