I'm revisiting the wood & leather cross-body satchel purse in this video! Admittedly, the first part of this video is more woodworking than leather craft (and yes; I know my router table is super low-end.) I've never worked with Lati before, but it leaves an interesting pattern when laser engraved. The main leather I'm using for this purse is a special hide Tandy Leather used to sell called “Colorida Scale Print Side“. Not sure if it's still available. I purchased it years ago from their clearance bins. The dragon graphic is from Btw: the Chinese characters engraved on the wood roughly translate to “a rising dragon rides the clouds“.
