ZRPK Pantsir-S1 hit an unmanned aerial vehicle in the air defense zone While on combat duty, the Pantsir-S1 air defense missile system crews discovered an aerial target identified as an attack unmanned aerial vehicle. As a result of competent actions of the crews, the attack drone located in service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces, was escorted and destroyed. Crews of the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun systems monitor the airspace above the positions of Russian troops around the clock. To destroy air targets, the complex has 12 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, the complex is equipped with two double-barreled 30 mm cannons with 1,400 rounds of ammunition. The armament of the Pantsir-S1 air defense missile system allows it to destroy any air attack weapon within the established operating range.
