There are three endings for Bloodborne. When you get to the end after defeating Wet Nurse, the workshop is in flames and there will be a gate that is now open. Going through that gate will allow you to initiate a conversation with someone who will present you with 2 options. This will end your game and send you to NG so make sure you’re done with anything else you wanted to do before NG Make sure you download your save to the cloud or to a USB device before talking to the guy in the wheelchair 3 Endings 1) Select Submit your Life. After you get the Yharnam Sunrise trophy, close the game and download your save you uploaded or put on USB and overwrite your existing save file. 2) Talk to the guy again and select Refuse and then once again redownload your save. 3) Option 3 will require you to use 3 (out of 4 possible) umbilical cords. After uses all 3 then choose Refuse once again for a secret ending with a bonus boss. The location of the cords are (You only need 3 of the 4): 1) Abadoned Workshop where Source of the Dream trophy is located - 2) Iosefka’s Clinic - This is in the same building (different room on 2nd floor) than where you get the Cainhurst Summons needed for the Cainhurst Castle trophy - (you have to go through the Forbidden Woods to get here) 3) Cathedral Ward quest where you knock on a door with red lantern where Arianna the prostitute’s quest starts.
