Since I firmly believe acrylic to be the superior material over PETG, I wanted to make a short tutorial on how to cut and bend PMMA ( acrylic ) tubing / hard tubing perfectly every time. My preferred tubing size is by far 10/14mm acrylic tubing. It is easy to bend, and looks fantastic in all builds. I normally don't use a bending guide, and instead do the bends free hand. When you heat up the tube the same way each time, the bends will have the same radius, and thus look alike. If you tubes starts to bubble, then you heated it too much. If it kinks, crumbles, or you get flat spots on the tube, you did not heat it enough. Happy bending! Link to 3D file of tube cutting jig: Music by Joakim Karud
