April 19, 2016 A series of large earthquakes in the M7.0 range has developed across the Pacific into Asia. Starting with a M7.2 which struck near Burma in Asia, followed by a M6.5, M6.0, andM7.1 which struck South Japan in the West Pacific.. then a M7.8 struck South America along the coast of Ecuador in the East Pacific.
