The New Russian Woodpecker

I caught this strange OTHR like signal while surfing the websdr site sounding very much like the old classic Russian Woodpecker which originally operated from 1976 to 1989. I remember it well. This signal also at 10 beats per second which gave off a powerful variable pulsing sound when in AM mode but I think it is a problem related to websdr I have Heard other CW, RTTY and time signals with similar pops and signal climbed in frequency through the 14 mhz ham band and many SW broadcast .stations wi
