Manipulator / Robot Brick Mover auto brick distribute system in rotary kiln plant

In our rotary kiln plant, no worker is required to move or grab any bricks, and all the heavy work is done by manipulator and robot. The green bricks from the brick making workshop are conveyed by belt and removed by manipulator to the circular belt conveyor. Then the bricks on the circular conveyor are unloaded by another manipulator and transfered within the ranges of the robots. The robots stack the green bricks into setted stack type on the ground of the rotary kiln.
